Pokatok 2025 Host RFP

Thank you for interest in hosting Pokatok in 2025. Here is the timeline for our RFP process:

October 2nd, 2023

TEAMS Conference

Pokatok will be at the TEAMS Conference in West Palm Beach, Florida meeting with potential host cities/venues. If you would like to meet with the Pokatok team while in Florida please reach out to us via our contact page.

October, 2023

RFP Released

Pokatok will open the RFP process for responses. If you’re interested in receiving the RFP when it is released, please fill out the form below.

December 2023 – February 2024

Site Visits

Pokatok will begin site visits for potential hosts in December of 2023. While the RFP response isn’t due until the end of the year, groups that submit early and are in consideration will benefit from being able to schedule their site visits before the end of the year.

April 7th, 2024

Winner Announced at Pokatok 2024

Pokatok will announce the winner of the 2025 host at the 2024 event in Houston.
